- From the John G. Diefenbaker airport...
- Exit on Airport Drive, heading south to Circle Drive. Turn left and follow Circle Drive across the river to Preston Avenue. Take Preston Avenue south to the University, turning right on East Road. Follow East Road to Campus Drive and turn left. Turn right off of Campus Drive onto Gymnasium Place and the NRC Plant Biotechnology Institue will be just ahead on your right.
- From Highway 11 (Regina)...
- Follow the highway (which becomes Circle Drive) and drive north to College Drive. Turn left and take College Drive to the University campus. Turn right onto Campus drive and left onto Gymnasium Place.
- From Highway 7 (Calgary)...
- Turn right onto 22nd Street and drive east to 1st Avenue. Turn left on 1st Avenue and right onto 25th Street. Cross the river and turn left at the top of the bridge onto College Drive. Follow College Drive to the University campus. Turn left on Campus Drive and left again onto Gymnasium place.
- From Highway 16 (Yorkton/Winnipeg)...
- Exit onto Circle Drive and drive north to College Drive. Turn left and take College Drive to the University campus. Turn right onto Campus Drive and left onto Gymnasium Place.
